Interpreting Services

I offer Community Interpreting Services in Spanish, English, and French, ensuring smooth and accurate communication in diverse settings.

With a keen ear for nuance and context, I ensure that every exchange is conducted with precision. I am a NAATI Provisional Interpreter in French and English.

Project Management

As a Translation Project Manager, I efficiently manage diverse projects with cultural competence and efficiency.

I can help you manage whole projects, from A to Z. This includes communicating – via email or phone – with the client, elaborating a quote, preparing the translation project (e.g.: on Trados), contacting the freelance translator, receiving the translation back, taking the time to do a control quality check, finally sending the project back to the client and, of course, dealing with any feedback, if any.

Thanks to my past roles, I have experience in the language industry but also in customer service. I have learned how to assist clients, understand their needs, bring awareness about our job as translators, face and find solutions to any misunderstanding or disagreement.
